An older piece showing off its elegant side. It has worn to a low pile and velvet texture, all cream and black with the black particularly deep. On a dark natural ground that accentuates the rich organic feel and is beautifully balanced by the sophisticated palette. Wear is uneven, such that the middle of the piece is almost pixilated, but the black remains strongest. Originally it would have been longer but has been cut at some point and carefully finished at one end, with a small periwinkle fringe peeking out.
