A beautiful example of utilitarian art. Originally folded and stitched together for use as a grain sack, when opened it is a graceful piece for the floor or wall. A simple color story keeps this bold piece harmonious. Fantastic orange and black stripes, some with scalloped edges, demand attention. But the embroidered segments keep to a simple brick red and cream with traditional diamond and chevron symbols. Width varies as the striped segment has been somewhat stretched with use.
