Versatile textile in traditional colors. This would have once been covered in sequins to deflect the evil eye and hung on the wall. Most sequins have been removed to make it comfortable for use as a rug though a few remain. Alternating stripes and bands of fine embroidery are divided by rows of tufted cotton. In a harmonious palette of muted sage, orange, plum, faded pinks, and cream. Delicate fringe finishes both ends.
